Our Summer Camp Application period runs March 1 - 31. Please read through the
application instructions carefully.
1) Dowload and complete the application form.
2) Fax or mail in the completed form to the fax number or address below.
3) Contact two (2) professional references and have them download and complete the staff reference form.
4) Have your professional reference fax or mail in the reference form.
5) You will be contacted via email when your application has been received.
