in Leadership Training - CILT (Formerly LTP)
Grades: Girls and boys entering 8th - 9th grades
Dates: July 7- August 1
Cost: $300/week for CILT I (Entering 8th grade)
Cost: $100/week for CILT II (Entering 9th grade)
Hamlin Summer Camp offers a 2 two-week leadership programs for our oldest campers
assisting them in their transition to becoming staff members. The CILT curriculum
includes:
* Camp Counselor Training
* Job & Leadership skills
* Group management
* Activity leading
* Outdoor camping skills
Upon completion of the two-week training session during the first summer, CILTs
are eligible to return the following summer as a CILT II. CILT graduates are
eligible for Junior Leader positions at Hamlin Camp after their freshman year
in high school.
