Billing Policies

Holiday Camp
Camp tuition is $65 per camper per day. All holiday camp tuition will be processed at 5:00 PM two days prior to each day of camp. After camp tuition has been processed, there are no cancellations or refunds for any reason. Any registration after camp tuition has been processed will have a $15 dollar late fee and will be automatically billed. Hamlin School families will be charged directly to the school's monthly bill.

Summer Camp & Cubs' Club
• Complete tuition is due by May 25, 2007. Registrations received after this date must include full payment.
• There are no refunds or cancellations for any reason after May 25, 2007.
• Late payments, new registrations, or registration changes received after May 25, 2007, will be charged a $25 administrative fee per camper.

Sport Camps
• Complete tuition is due by May 25, 2007. Registrations received after this date must include full payment.
• There are no refunds or cancellations for any reason after May 25, 2007.
• Late payments, new registrations, or registration changes received after May 25, 2007, will be charged a $25 administrative fee per camper.
